Yoga therapy stimulates your body to balance and heal itself.
Your practice is designed with that in mind.
Stimulate + maintain healthy master glands. They are your "guardians of health". When the endocrine system functions properly, the whole body benefits.
The Endocrine System is a mediator for the intimate relationship between mind and body. It regulates hormonal activity, influenced by emotions. Hormones, in or out of balance, significantly affect physical and psychological well being. is “within”. Within you are complex systems. Many operate involuntary to keep you alive and healthy. The efficiency and well being of these systems is reflected in your mind and body via your physical, mental and emotional health, brain and nervous system functioning, energy levels, stress levels, sleep-wake cycles, creativity and calmness, etc.
Maintain the health of your hormones and you will maintain your health.
The E.S. is composed of these Master Glands: pineal and pituitary glands, thyroid and parathyroid, thymus, adrenals, pancreas and sex organs. These governing glands secrete hormones directly into the bloodstream that are carried to distant organs via the circulatory system. Essentially, hormones are tiny but powerful "messengers" that signal and regulate behavior and functions of the body as growth and development, reproduction, tissue function, metabolism and mood.
When you stretch and massage, breathe and relax into your organs, it stimulates your body to heal itself. It’s as simple as that really. More though, is activation of the circulatory system which turns on “pumps” to push the blood and fluids through and along the way collects any excess for elimination. This greatly reduces inflammation in the body which we now know is at the root of most dis-eases.
Yoga supports a healthy endocrine system by balancing hormones.

A combination of dharma yoga, kundalini and restorative postures will leave you relaxed, renewed, clear, connected and complete.

Breathwork is a a transformative tool used by ancient and modern healers. Though this work differs from traditional yogic pranayama, it induces similar states of clarity and consciousness. You will be supported in a posture of deep comfort while performing rhythmic, circular breathing. This is an opportunity to peel back some of your limiting layers, [past memories, emotions, bad habits and mental patterns] plug back in to your potential and return to your natural state, radiant health.
